Heavily preggers Kim K swollen feet..


Suffering for style: Kim Kardashian squeezed her swollen feet into a pair of perspex stilettos as she ran errands and filmed her reality show in Los Angeles on Thursday



The sex tape star was out and about with a seriously swollen feet but still wearing high hills.. More after the cut..


Ouch! Puffy, her ankles and feet were clearly suffering, even appearing severely pinched in the stylish shoes

Off to run some errands: Kim may have not appeared so happy during the day out, but her mother Kris Jenner was jovial as the pair filmed scenes for their hit show Keeping Up With The Kardashians
